    Default Takasago Viking Seven and it is not working Moved from Shoutbox for BB1975

    Not mine, but BB1975 posted in the shoutbox and I didn't think it would get much traction there

    "Bought a Takasago Viking Seven and it is not working. Lights up but tokens go straight to tray instead of hopper. Err message in middle screen. HA message . Does the hopper need to be cleared? No instruction manual with the machine. Have tried reset."
