    Default Kaze No Yojimbo Slot Machine

    I need some help and hope this is the correct place to post. I recently got a Kaze no Yojimbo Slot machine and I need some help with it. I did a hard reset with it and got it started, now it does a loud chiming noise and won't spin. I looked it up and found out that its trying to cash out the coins. I dumped the coins I have into it 5 or 6 times and it doesn't change and the front reads HC. I have hard reset it a few times and it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Even a soft reset didn't work.How can I fix this because this is a gift for my friend. Also how can I turn its volume down, its super loud.

    Update, I used a translator and the screen is reading HC Error Please See Staff
