Pachislo Net Corporation Rio 2 Premium always Trouble

Hi all! I am a Pinball Freak from Austria, got my first Pachi and have Problems.Thanks for being here, hope i can find help for my 2004 NC Rio 2 Premium. Each time after Power on i must do a Reset. Trouble is often the middle PCB where you can change Odd Level from 1-6
Reset also do not work every Time.
Memory Battery is new

What even holds the power for the memory has failed. I would expect either a battery or a capacitor. Location. Don't know. sorry
