Yamasa Frog Revolution no sound even during bonus

Hi I just got a Yamasa Frog Revolution. Everything seems to be working well except for the sound/music (no sound/music not even during bonus). Does anyone know how to troubleshoot/repair? I have already tried the reset (it threw an ERR-3 after bonus. I was even able to change odds so I just need help with the sound/music please.

Hi Everyrone!




I just bought a Yamaza King Pulsar Frog Revolution.

It works well- light flashing, paying credits, reset done, odds changed, bonus game as it should be and very clean wiring inside BUT there is no sound.

No sound when putting in tokens, no reel spin sound, no music nothing - just light flashing.

I'm trying to find someone in GTA Ontario Canada who can help trace and test wiring to speaker.

Someone was also kind enough to suggest I look into getting part TNA024A.

Can anyone here help?

Can you post some pictures of your machine.. Full front and inside pics.. Someone might be able to spot something!!

cheap volume controls burnt out can cause this. or even some people find the speakers unplugged due to noise levels.
Could be something simple, or not.

That 4 pin socket below the volume switch is a bit worrying. Its very unusual, for machines to have any empty sockets except for additional parlour equipment.

I am having the same issue, everything works except no sound, upper lights, LED display above the reels or reel lights. My sound and light board have no LED's lit up

I got this fixed, it was a bad power supply for the section marked in the picture. I did buy the Sound & Video card also, so I guess sill have that as a back up just incase I need it in the future.

did you get it sent off. or do it yourself? any pics of the faulty part?

I bought and replaced it myself, I didn't narrow it down to any specific piece in the box. While doing some voltage readings 2 out of the 10 plug contact points had zero voltage.

In my case it was a bad machine power supply. I replaced the whole power supply.

Got my hands on a power supply it hasn’t fixed the problem….ordered a sound/light board on eBay and it worked for a bit and I lost sound and lights again
Can anyone confirm if the three lights on the board (upper right) are supposed to be lit?

Mine are off
But E02 flashes about every 10 seconds
