Yeah, I remember using the 77 adhesive on more than a few projects in the early 1990's.

Normally, it's the smooth nails and Nishijin normally has a small brass washer that goes on the nail, (if you have those).

I might suggest you put the rails on before the playfield pieces/spinners, etc..

I put the rails on first, then nails, then playfield pieces, spinners, light covers, etc.. I do the rails first because once you get the wires pulled through the board and bent over you need to hammer them into the board. It's easier to hammer with the board laying flat, (on the rails), to hammer them in.

Remember to put the chrome plate on, (at the lost ball/drain hole), first, before you put the inside rail on.

It's just the way I do it and it works well for me. Not saying you have to do it in any certain order.

I made some progress the last couple of days. I still need to adjust some nails and install a surprise center feature, but the front is mostly done.

It’s a secret, but very cool and theme like. Any guesses?

    Excellent!

You might check with your original playfield, but I think these 5 nails, (marked with a star), are missing on your new playfield.

I installed the missing nails. Thanks Wayne. Now I’ve moved on to putting this thing together and I found the piece pictured below that wasn’t labeled and I don’t have a clue where it goes. Can someone help?
