Default Can anyone help with parts for my new machine

Hello all . I recently purchased a machine and when I plugged it in today the transformer on the back sent out some smoke . That's where my knowledge ends . If anyone could give us some insight into what to fix or best place to get parts that would be amazing. I will attache some photos and if anyone could tell me about the machine that would also be great

Wow. 2A is a little on the low side. I would go for about 5A to replace it. Also thats a 100v transformer. I hope you didn't plug it straight into the mains.

But the best way to test that part is to disconnect the output from the transformer and put a voltmeter on it. Be careful as the transformer core will still have 240v running in it.

if you need to replace. any of these should do.

they are dual core. so if your unsure on the wiring, just ask.

I spy a B1f board. So this must be a Heiwa. They are unfortuatly rather famous for being a weak point of the machine. I hope you got a good one.

Uh oh, sounds like B1f board issues As Clam mentioned, those are famous for failing and causing a “dead” shooter.

Where did the smoke come from? The transformer itself? Not that board I hope! Might want to remove it if so and inspect for damage?

Those boards do come up for sale on yahoo auctions every now and again if it is the board… but are often as expensive as a whole machine since they are in high demand from frequent failures…

It came from the transformer . So all being well the board is ok . I will take the board out and have a look . I work with a team of sparks and they have agreed to have a wee look for men so hopefully we can sort it out .

Well I hope they find the issue. If they find a fault with the B1f board and can repair it, A lot of people would love to know what component failed.
