The tax stamp is completed, and I got the staple installed. I drilled holes in the tax stamp before I installed the staple.

The trim around the game was difficult to get the correct screws. The #4 was to large, so I went to #2 screws.

The ball retrieving system: I installed a light when the motor is working, I've wired it into the micro switch, it has it's own fuse, so its protected.

The upper is finished. The exterior glass is the reflecting light, the cabinet looks awesome lit up.

I installed the glass for the door, I also have the plastic in the second track next to the playfield. It looks good, except that I am contemplating getting another glass sheet and get rid of the plastic.

I fabricated a cover for the bulb in the upper cabinet. This will keep the light 100% forward and not into the lower cabinet.

I'm really pleased with the lights in the center of the game, the frog lights up nicely. The wiring is pretty much out of the way of any obstacles. Its really excellent when you can access the project from both sides while fabricating the cabinet, parts, pieces, etc.

Work was done on the tulips, frog, where they operate correctly with the balls, open closing. These are some of the intricate features that they make, opening, closing, did you know the ball opens them up from the inside. The frog controls which way the balls go left, right, and down.

Their is a lot of work involved in this Pachinko machine, levers, wires, it's a maze.

I have no idea why the importer took the win flag and pretzel the trip wire. I have been extra careful not to break it while aligning it up with the back of the machine lever. Everything is important, and the alignment is critical.

The delivery system for the ball retrieval system. If the pipe is to tight in its clamps that is not good. So I cut each one a 1/8" larger. Seems a whole lot better having wiggle room. I'm waiting for the ball tray before I finalize my end. The end clamp is designed to give the hose a resting position without having torque on it.

I had to purchase a package of some C clips for the machine, they are 1/8" in size, and when they fly off the machine they are gone for good. I got the covers installed. Everything is buttoned up. Some rerouting of wires, some wires were tied up, more work completed on the playfield.

The only cover I don't have is the one that's impossible to find. Since this was a cover above the seesaw for the win light switch it's a rare one. A lot of these machines didn't have the extra win lite switch.
At least that is what I am told from a reliable source, and he could be just full of it, you never know.

I had some help from my wife of 35 years, she painted the "Super DX" lettering not me. I thought what the hell she has been painting, drawing, her entire life so I asked her to paint the letters.

I am using the ball holder from the machine, it's perfect for the job, on a v shape angle, I installed a steel cover, and next is the experiment to see if they bunch up going down into the rabbit hole. I am working on having a straight shot into the lifter.

The ball issue. The first problem is that they bunched up at the end. Now I have my balls in order, and I also discovered that a tight fitting hose holder is not going to work. Loosey goosey is what works really good, except for the end fittings into the ball lifter, snug fitting is what works.

Now, the ball lifter is working really, really good. Now I need to figure out a on, off switch, and I have a idea but it is in the planning stages. A micro switch will not do the job on this set-up, and I have several different micro switches. More work done, I've got the cover plates attached, the paint on the floor of the cabinet, wiring routed, and more.
