Default How often do you expect big hits

So I have two pachislo in my collection now.
First was my 2011 Street Fighter IV from Enterrise.
A week ago, I added a 2012 game from Star called 2027 Revise.

In that time, I've cycled through roughly 3,000 spins on the two machines and have not experienced a single hit worth more than 14 credits.
I've adjusted the skill level from 1 to 6 on both machines and can confirm special events come up more frequently on both machines when set to 6.

Getting the big hits really does seem to be a skill thing though. I figured by now, I would have gotten at least one big hit on the machines but it's just bells and free spins.

Does anyone have any tips for getting those magical 7s to land when you hit the button? This feels more like a skill thing than a luck thing with how quickly the reels stop.

These Casino machines are played all day 7 days a week
    3000 coins is 2 hours
just keep at it and the bonus will arrive
yes there’s a little skill to arrive quicker but if the machine is set at 6 it will pay out !

So let`s start with 2027 Revise which is 5th version from 2027 series made by JPS and is literally from 5th generation of pachislot history.

First, this machine does not have any “Bonus” but Battle mode which is counted as “ART (Assist Replay Time)”.

Note: If you are not familiar with the word ART, it is the function that gets you more chance to get replay and bell. In most of cases bells and replays are existing internally but would not appear if you did not press the button in correct order. While on ART, all the order for bell and replay would be noticed, and then you will get some number of medals as it continues.

Unique function for this machine is “Gachi Contact(ガチコンタクト=Direct Contact)”, this is to show the result of drawn from rare liners(Cherry/Chance Replay for this machine in particular) directly on the monitor and whenever you see “touch” on the screen, else the result (Chance Zone/Battle Bonus/etc) would be DISAPPEAR.

Also, this is quite common for most of ART machines, you must start the game by pressing left button, else you are “penalized” (there will be no zone or bonus, ART drawn for next several games)

So I suspect that you are pressing the buttons randomly especially for games without navigation(of course you need to press the button in right order whenever navigated), which end up you never see any bonus at all.

Same thing for Street Fighter, if you press middle or right button as 1st button, you will ever see ART so literally the machine only gets you 200 medal bonus for 1/450 games.

Will be posting about game flow for Street Fighter later if there was any comments but I will post about something else that we have more stocks in A-Pachinko.

Answering to some of your question:
Bonus only appears when you had won 1/200 or depends on the probability and its 99% on luck and not technic. 777 would not get consecutive unless it appears internally.
Bonus(Battle Mode) Probability for 2027 Revise is:
    Setting 1=1/271
    Setting 1=1/265
    Setting 1=1/251
    Setting 1=1/232
    Setting 1=1/214
    Setting 1=1/195
NO technique or skill is required for this particular machine by the way.

    2027revise.jpg
A little more tips about 2027 Revise:
    継続=Continue
Battle Bonus will end when the battleship came up at window that shows quiet sea.
Repeat Rate for Battle Bonus is 70-95%, base number of game is 20 and medals you earn per game is 2.1
When you hear the song with vocal, you will certainly see the next round(so is a hot time)

This is excellent information and matches a lot of what I've found online so far.
From what I'm reading, I shouldn't expect to ever have what I would consider to be a "big hit" with hundreds of tokens won.

One nice thing about the game is that it flashes a warning if you press the buttons out of sequence. Street Fighter has scenes where it shows the order to hit buttons in.

On Street Fighter, we've gotten the timing to the point where we regularly hit two 7s in a row but it always seems to bump the third 7 down one line. Does this mean the game will only allow 777 when it also matches internally? Which would mean we need to both have the timing to put the reels where we want and to have the machine randomly allow us to win?

You are right, there is none of a game that gives you 100 tokens directly, it`s more similar to the game with a lot of free spins.
This is coming from regulation of Japanese pachislot, a machine only can dispend 15 tokens or less for a game.
This is even same on while "Big Bonus" or whatever the bonus, but Street Fighter for example Big Bonus is like 20-30(sorry I kinda forgot) games that gives you around 10 tokens so get you 200+ tokens as a total.

    > Does this mean the game will only allow 777 when it also matches internally?
Exactly. You need to draw "Bonus flag" to make 777 on the line(That`s the why machine notices you ボーナス(Bonus)確定!(Appeared!) then now you can aim for Sevens (or Bars).

Short description for Street Fighter IV:

The game is combination of Bonus and ART(we usually call it as A+ART).

    Bonus Probability:
    Setting 1=1/261
    Setting 2=1/257
    Setting 3=1/253
    Setting 4=1/249
    Setting 5=1/245
    Setting 6=1/240
(Total of combined probability of all the bonus)(Sorry I put Setting 1 for all the line of description for 2027)

    ART Probability:
    Setting 1=1/443
    Setting 2=1/400
    Setting 3=1/409
    Setting 4=1/327
    Setting 5=1/317
    Setting 6=1/246

    [Where to Aim]
-Aim Bar at around the top of left wheel, so you can see when you got Cherry(or Chance Cherry) or Watermelon.
When the Cherry appears on left wheel, aim White Seven on the right wheel, if the Seven stops at middle of right wheel, that`s Chance Cherry.

-Do NOT press middle or right wheel as 1st press, else you will get penalized.

Big Bonus=Aim for Seven when you asked to. You get ART or additional game if you succeed(around 10% chance to succeed. 90% are fake chance)
Regular Bonus=Maximize the meter to succeed ART.

=Goes to very small bonus that ends up when "14" tokens had paid out(take note of 14)

-Chance to hit bonus would not affected which mode you are in(while on low/high/heaven/ART does not affect to the chance)
-Chance to hit ART is calculated based on the "current mode" (Low/High/Heaven mode)
-All the rates are based on "Payout Setting 6". Do not, or if you are willing to feel PAIN, go for payout setting 1 which is basic setting for machines worked in the parlor.

This helps me to understand so much about what to expect from the game. Here, I've been fretting that I haven't been able to hit the 777 at all and felt like I was missing out on some sort of massive payoff like I've been getting from my pachinko
I've been using the following page with Google Translate to help me understand. Some of the terms leave a bit to the imagination so your translation is a big help.
