Ward of Light

Hi Everyone, new to this hobby, I have a ward of light pachislot machine. Where can I find a manual for this machine?

I am having a weird issue regardless of payout setting 1 to 6, when I press the stop from right to left, the first 2 reels always ends on the same character a blue gremlin and the third reel ends with green dragon almost all the time. The blue gremlins on real 1 and 2 (right to left) happens almost 80% of the time. The green dragon happens like 80% of the time when the first 2 reels end on the blue gremlin. I tested and kept track of this over 100 spins.

This sounds more like a problem with the reels than something configured the settings.
Is there any sort of wobble or play to the reels when you touch them?
