Found Miracle Arrange Ball For Sale, What Do You Guys Think

Totally out of my element, but I hate to miss out on a good deal, kind of interested in learning more about it. Found this for sale, it's a few hours drive from me, but it's under $100 and seller says a few lights work as does the shooter, that's about it for the info. From the two pictures, it appears to me it powers up, perhaps just needs some bulbs replaced?

So, what to the experts here think? Do the insides electronics look complete? Is this something I should jump on?

Not an expert, but for under $100 I would drive 2 hours to experiment with it.

I contacted the seller a couple of days ago, to see if they would ship it, but never got a response.

It looks complete and powers up. My feeling is that it works.

I'd buy it in a minute.

Not yet, emailed the seller last night. I know very little about these, watched a couple of videos, read up here, the seller was going to put some coins (tokens?) in it to see if it payed out.
Does anyone here know where to purchase coins / tokens for one of these? I assume they're different than pachislo coins?

have the owner open the front glass, start a game, place balls in pockets for a win and see if it pays out. these can power up power up but still wont operate correctly because of faulty components. hard to evaluate long distance because if it's not working it could be something as simple as a fuse or a not fully seated or dirty circuit board plug, etc.
that's the most common model i've seen but they're still rare and there are no spare parts for these.

My Miracle arrangeball, the coin mech. is adjustable for different size tokens. I adjusted it to except Pachislo tokens.

Whatever you decide, decide soon because these rarely last more than a day or two before somebody buys it!

Personally, I wouldn't be contacting the seller to see if it works.

I'd tell them I wanted it and when could I pick it up. You would easily get your money back selling it as parts, if it wasn't fixable.

i don't know that you could easily get your money back as parts.
also, if you end up driving all the way there without verifying first, then it makes sense to check it out while you're there. if it doesn't work then don't buy it unless you want a project, know what you're doing with electronics, and can source components. i had this model years ago and i don't recall it having proprietary chips unlike later model arrangeballs and if that's the case, then that's a good thing.

Well, I drove 250 miles round trip and I'm happy to report Sammy Satomi Miracle ball has a new home. Thanks to everybody for the quick replies, I'm going to start a new thread with some pictures and questions.

congrats on the pickup! I would love to see a photo of the plate in the bottom left corner, plus any tax dates or date marked items on the side.

Thank you cait001, here's a shot of the nameplate, I didn't see any tax stamps like my vintage pachinos have, but what can you tell me about the name plate?

I've also started a new thread with pictures & questions as I go about getting it sorted out.
