Need to find a better source for pachislo keys

I recently got a good deal on a pachislo but it didn't come with any keys.
Finding keys for sale in Japan was relatively easy and only cost me a hair over ten bucks to get both the door key and the service key.
Shipping from Japan is going to bankrupt me though. The slow boat option that will take up to two months is $26 and faster options start closer to $40.

I will say the deal on the pachislo was still a good enough deal that this isn't a real hardship when taking everything else into consideration. It's just that we're talking about shipping two keys here.

Gonna start digging into North American key suppliers to see what I can find. I'm willing to bet the keys themselves will be a little more expensive but saving on shipping should make up for it.

It's one reason. That if anyone wants something small. I add it to my shipments from Japan. I already have a box. So the extra weight is negligible. Although that's to UK.

If someone is having something sent through FJ or Buyee. It doesn't hurt to reach out and see if something there can add it to their order. I'm sure a smaller fee for international shipping can be worked our at say $5 As it helps out the other person by reducing their costs.

Obviously this doesn't work so well for larger or heavier items as it may dramatically alter the original shipping cost.

This won't help if you don't already have a key but an automobile locksmith can duplicate the "laser cut" type door key.

Another choice is people with a key could have a copy made and sent out to those needing one.

I've been able to find all of the Pachislo locks and keys I've needed thus far on eBay from $30 up to $60 with shipping being about $7-10.
