Daito 2002 Machine stuck on Now Loading

Hello, I bought this machine from goodwill for 50 bucks.

When I first plugged it in, it showed E008 and the screen displayed Now Loading, so I did a proper reset, and now it just says now loading without an error code.

Is there a way to fix it?

I put quarters in. Nothing happens. I get e6 code. I reset that. I will see if its set to token or quarter mode. No buttons work so far.

I did put Quarters in it, and nothing would happen sound wise, but the E6 error came up, which i read is coin related. So I hit the coin reset button. At which time it went away.
However, no buttons do anything right now. Machine is just stuck on Now Loading.

I did read the coin slot could be swapped to coin, quarters and other currencies. I'll check on that next.

Could this be sooftware related? or a bad Rom chip on one of the boards? Anyone ever have this happen?

It does make sound each time I turn it on. Something in Japanese.

If you haven't yet, you may want to carefully unplug and re-seat every connection inside the machine while it is powered off. It's very possible there's a loose connection somewhere and the machine is waiting for data that it's not being given.
