Hey everyone, completely new to pachislo and just got my first machines. I have a victory lane machine made by Mecca enterprises I think. Few things I’m not sure if they are broken or just haven’t hit the right combo yet. I hit the 3 victory one symbols and nothing happens. I’d think any match of 3 would be some kind of win. Also it has a top wheel that lights up but doesn’t spin. Any help would be appreciated.
