Yeah, I figure thats the deal! He thinks the way sales have been lately he can get more than I paid. He may be right!

I emailed TA about The Penguin and other Taiyo / Maturi machines. I got an odd response--

"We have one Penguin machine left. If we put it on ebay it probably will bring $450.00 to $500.00. I don't know if management will sell it outright for less. What figure did you have in mind and I will ask them."

I didn't reply back just due to this guy trying to treat me like an idiot. I'm guessing this is DooDude's Penguin, and they are trying to get more $$$. Sales guy probably says to Curt "hey, I've been getting emails on people begging for The Penguin, tell that guy it's broken"

So I got my check for the Penguin from Curt today! WOW!!!
Im surprized he didnt drive up & hand deliver it.

    So that makes me wonder...wonder...wonder...wonder...wonder...wonder...

Do I still own that machine until I cash that check?
Is he just waiting for me to sign over that checkit over so some legal loophole which I could jump smack into the middle of will be closed?
