Nishijin ball dump question

Was going to gift a nishijin to my brother in law and was wondering the procedure involved in clearing the machine of balls. Nishijin s are still a mystery to me as opposed to others I have worked on. Not sure of the model that I have but would love to know if there is an actual way to do this without having to pick the balls out of the win release tray, as well as the rest of the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

I LOVE the elegance of these model A machines and the draining mechanism is a perfect example of why. As soon as you open that dump lever, every single ball in the machine will drain from it. There will be no balls left like there will be in the Model B machines. Thank you for sharing a picture of this machine. Your brother-in-law should be very happy to have it.
