I just got a Giga Fever from them and it had the laminate and BUSTED REELS. I called four days ago and told them and they said they would ship out a new reel basket(whole reel assy x4) I have not seen it yet...but If it isn't here by Fri. I am gonna raise a stink about it. Does anybody know who the head honcho is there? I think I heard the name Eric somewhere before!? I hope they stand behind their product.

if they are sending it fedex or ups delivery time can be up to a week even if they sent it out right away.

I'm brand spankin' new to this forum(1st post) and I have been watching Pachinko Pallace Ebay autions for a few weeks now.
I'll probably buy from them because I can pickup a machine at the NY warehouse after winning on Ebay to save $69 on shipping.
I noticed that they are STILL laminating their more expensive machines, It seems like most of their units that have starting bids of over $100 are still being laminated for now.
Just thought I'd help.
I'll have plenty of questions in the upcoming days

It's nice to have found a place to get great info on Pachislo machines.
I'm into pinball machines but want to broaden my game room to include a few Pachislo and Pachinko machines as well.
I also want to get a Pachislo for my Mother-in law....She goes down to A.C. all the time.........we call her "Slotzilla"!!!
I know that there are major differences from the casino slots but she will have to cope....she is only my mother-in-law ya know.......
Thinking about a King Camel or Babel for my first two.
