Well. If using Microsoft pc. I open it in paint. Then select stretch/shrink ratio and reduce the size that way. Maybe select 50% then save back to pc or override original image. Then try. Or on mobile phone. Email it to myself and select reduce image size option before sending. Then save the email attachment when it gets delivered to you.

i was told this was soldered and the entire mechanism needed replacing.
