Is the machine a complete working machine or for just parts ?

It's complete, but has 2 broken pieces, also the finger rest bar's face plate has suffered from parlor abuse, probably someone trying to tilt the machine, much like the old days of pinball:

Inside the tulip, one of the brass tooth is broken. The tulip works still but the arms are loose and open up depending on where the ball hits the sides; actually better then originally designs as it makes the win probability increase and more interactive.
One of the pendulum plastics is broken as well.
Part of a collection I'm eventually going to restore, but I have several that are not ready, and have been debating to disassemble and sell the parts.

Just the plastic piece alone will be $50 with free shipping because I have to remove it successfully.

If you buy the whole machine, the plastic part obvious comes with it with no extra charge.
