    Default Truck load O Hanabi

Real casino style action, 97% feedback and 50 tokens!!! What more could you want?

    It's cheap though.

Well at least it's acurate pricing.

Think of all the fun the buyer will have playing it with the 50 tokens!

When it hits a bonus, keeping the machine paying off will definitely qualify for a "fever" round.

Question Re: Truck load O Hanabi

Tokens aside, is that a bad machine? I've seen them offered on pachislo.com by the pallet load.

Is it bad or very common?

These would really be a deal if you could pick 'em up. He doesn't list his location, though. Might be worth asking if one were interested.

My guess, and it really is just a guess, is that with 6 listed, he bought one of pachislo.com's Oh Hanabi full pallet deals and has since decided he wants to get out of the business. Subtracting the extra 200 tokens, and making a little on the shipping, he's probably just recovering his cost of $49 each, assuming he got a good freight rate on the inbound shipment.

Hard to believe he can't sell them to someone locally at that price.

Might be that he can't sell them locally because he is in one of the states that they are illegal in like CA.

Low price for someone just starting and wants and good low cost machine. And like David said would make a nice gift. I just picked up a New Pulsar(red machine) from a private seller for $50.00 and only $26.00 shipping. Did not really need another but for that price I could not pass it up. I figured I could sell it for more locally or give it away as a gift if I decide not to keep it.
    and a few others.

In my experience with eBay, no pickup = "they really want to recoup some $ on inflated shipping." And since most of us have received a machine via a shipper we can readily see that it doesn't cost $70 to ship one.

eBay folks can be kind weird anyway. I just got an e-mail last night on a couple of machines I had asked about. They offered to end the auctions early to sell them to me (which sends up LOTS of red flags and is very anti-eBay policy). A Shimauta and a Noabunaga (sp?). For $500 total!!!! As if! Both models go for well under $100 on eBay, but this seller is trying to recoup some $ on a couple of overpriced impulse buys.

I have to disagree, I shipped a machine a couple of months ago via ups, the box weighed 80 pounds, cost 71.00 to ship from PA the other end of the country, and that was just shipping not counting packaging, which we all know isn't free.
I am sure if I had an account that shipped alot of stuff then I sould get a price break but I don't, so I paid full price.
I agree shippping will be less if shipped short distances, but cross country it will be a little more pricy.

Wow! I'm shocked that it cost so much.

I have received one machine via UPS and it was just under $40 (west coast to WI). I haven't shipped a pachi out, but have shipped another item that is similarly weighted and sized for about $45 (WI to OH, so a short one).

I don't know why it would have been so much cheaper unless it's just the shorter distance. Oh; and I do use my family's "business account," but I was always under the impression that just made the paperwork easier, not an actual price break. But who knows?

I shipped a Pachislo (heavy sucker) from Phoenix to nowhere land in the Northeast area of Wisconsin for 59.00 via FedEx. That included pickup at myhome and the extra cost for the out of the way delivery area. But I used a box and packing that I had from the Pachislo when it was sent to me. I imagine a new box and packing and tape etc could run the cost up a bit more.....

NOWHERELAND??? :17: You're saying bad things about my state there buddy. Them's fightin' words.

Anyway, $60 with pickup sounds about right considering my experience. And you don't have to figure out how to get that big box in the backseat of your car. I can squish two pachislos in the backseat with a little work, but a single one in a box would never make it through the doorframe. Maybe I just need a truck to support my new hobby.

    And so the saga begins.
    Get a pachislo or pachinko.
Get more of either or both.
    Sell car to buy truck.
Sell house to buy bigger house to house more pachislos and pachinkos.
Sell small truck to buy larger truck to carry more pachislos and pachinkos.
    Etc.

Check my member page here or...

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum
