Your item #4, the part at location C10 would often go bad from what I recall of others.

    You mean like this right?

    part_4_suspect.jpg

So is this the right part to replace it?

Looks like it could be. Take a look at this link from prior successful repairs.

    Thanks Peteyboy,

The link to what he used is dead but it shows there is still hope.

I went on and ordered what I showed including the big caps. I will replace C10 for sure. I may put the other old parts back and try them.
It will be a few days before the parts arrive. But I will still be around trying to learn this stuff. I need to source the other parts just in case.
I don't mind buying the parts and not even using them. What I don't like is when I buy parts and then I go to use them only to find out I bought a part that I can't use.
Now that I don't like and I don't care if it's .50 cents or $100.00. It don't matter as long as one day I might use it. But , if its the wrong part then I will never use
it and that don't make me happy. OK Sorry rant over now!

Correct, those links are old and dead. Rather I meant to share what others wrote out as to what parts they used. I don't know the make up of parts well enough to say "yes that's the one" but I can get there from the experience of those going down the same path before me.

The diode has 2 sets of numbers. lN4002 and below that Gl 9444.
I want to get the right part so I am trying to match all the numbers.
I can find the IN4002 part of the number But I'm not finding it with the other set of numbers.

I am sure it would be helpful if I knew more about these parts. But I truly just don't.
But one thing is for sure, I am not afraid to ask for help.

Since I have the diode off the PC board I have tested it and it checks out to be good. So I will solder it back to the PC board. I would still like to get a few of the proper diode just to have in my parts box.

    UPDATE:

I am happy to report that the ordered parts for my STOP BOARD arrived today.
I have installed them and the Big Bonus 777 slot machine is working like a new one now.
I have created a short video showing the issues I found and what I did to correct them as well as the parts I used to repair the Stop Board.
The cost to repair my stop board was only $3.24.

I am going to give fixing this Stop Board a shot myself. "I aint skared"!

I have started removing the suspect parts that could be bad to have a closer look at them. Is there a way to check each part once I take it off the board to confirm it is bad if in question?
Hummmm.... It looks like I have found one part that is clearly damaged.

Here is a look at the first damaged part I found. I did not see that until after I removed it from the PC board.
    part_4_suspect.jpg

Here is what I think is the correct replacement part:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/381299661830?hash=item58c73b1c06:g:ZzsAAOSwyQtVguLj

That would be part #4 from the suspected bad parts image above. So at least one of the 4 parts are in fact bad.

I also have removed part #3 the diode (I think its called) and part #2 The big Cap. See image for the numbers on the parts.

    part_3_suspect.jpg

    part_2_suspect.jpg

So now I just need to be sure I get the proper replacement parts.
I have the proper tools to work on circuit boards (soldering station, the proper size tip, proper size solder, flux etc etc) what I don't have is knowledge about the components.
But, I can sure remove them and not damage the traces on the board and I can put them (or new parts) back without any issues.

I think part #1 in that image is a transistor. Is that right? I can remove and replace it as well if need be. I am open to suggestions. Should I replace all 4 parts? I will need to remove part #1
to get the numbers off of it so I can try and find a replacement part.

So in short I need help making sure I get the right parts. I am sure it is strange that I can do this kind of stuff but have no clue about the parts I am working with.
My father was a TV repair guy 50 years ago and I learned how to do a lot of things watching him and now I wish I have really paid more attention to what he was teaching me about.
But as a young kid skateboards and then girls were the in thing back then. LOL

If I can get help locating the right parts I should have no issue installing them.
