This one is broken, balls can be launched but the screen doesn't seem to power on.

Games in this frame (and Lumina frame) can suffer from a problem where the screen might not fully come on until it's warmed up for a while then turned off and back on.. You might also want to check for loose connectors.. Re-seating connectors on old machines sometimes works wonders!!

Ok I'll give it a try, this one :
20210527_221345petit.jpg have the same issue, I need to warm it before using it. I'll check the connectors on the last one to see if something is wrong with this one.
It's a shame because I really like the tree.

If one still won't work you could try swapping the cells being they have what looks to be the same frame. This can rule out if there is a problem with the cell or frame.
