Hey guys , how do i know that the array of the 3 spinning bars in my pachsilo has the correct array ?

what does the array section means.
I also did not quite understand which line of the pachislo hits the winning combination. cause it should be only thebuttom horizontal line. But sometime they are diagol and pay out so i assume that the array is not correct

Its a graphic representation of the reels. rather than winning combo. Its used to eye shot the reels for getting bonuses.
Most slos these days have 5 line wining combination.
Top row, Middle Row, Bottom Row and both diaganols

great thanks but why in the link the winning line is only at the buttom ?

All lines should win. The bottom 2 lines of text says
有効ライン valid lines.

下段1ライン 1 lower line.

I think it refers to different bonus types
