So on your website, prices include shipping? Also UPS/FedEx can't hire anyone, so my last machine made it without a dent in the box, teenagers don't want to work, so box was handled by people that cared, took a extra week once in state, but survived the warehouse

I have to double check with Alex but I believe they do now (for continental US). We did briefly play with not free shipping, but it is difficult to get the system to handle it properly and I think we switched back before updating the site with the new machines.
