    Default Popeye Bonus

Just got my first pachinko a few weeks ago. First one I have played in over 25 years. Decided to go with Popeye for my young kids to enjoy. Beautiful machine as a whole. I do have a question/ concern so I am coming to the experts for help First few days into playing I got into the bonus round a couple of times. On one of those occassions, I ran out of balls and did not realize it. When I went to play it again by adding balls, the ball release would stay open and I was forced to reset the machine and was ready for normal play again. Since that reset, I have played over and over again(more than 5000 balls) and have not gotten a bonus game. Is this a normal thing? I also have noticed that on the bottom left of the LCD screen there is always a negative sign blinking. Don't know what that means. Anyone can provide some feedback? Thanks

if a pachinko owes you balls but you dont have any balls in the payout hopper when you put balls in the hopper it will pay you them out until it has paid you what youve wonl.

I had my Batman for 2 months before I hit a bonus. They can have some long dry spells, but when you win, you can win huge!

when you did a hard reset, It starts the machine inside clock restarts the odds count.
might be dry for a long time

what is the difference between a hard and soft restart. I pushed the very small and flat reset button next to the on/off switch. What is the other way to reset it?

    HARD RESTART:
Hold in the reset button as you are starting up (turning on, hold 5 secs). This clears out all accumulated stats, odds counter, percent payoff, etc. Like new machine's first spin.
SOFT RESTART: Doesn't clear the above, but clears most errors and fever rounds in-progress.

IMHO this is what I found out as of today at this time in the universe
