    Default Circuit Racer Circuit Board Help

    I'm currently restoring a Nishijin Circuit (Racer) machine. I'm having trouble with the circuit board working properly. Too many problems to throw out here.
    I'm looking for someone who knows about the circuitry or maybe has a work around for a different board.

    If I get it fixed and working properly, I will definitely share the results.
