Del Sol Upper Line 3 Bulb Out
I've always had a problem with my Del Sol where the upper 3 would not illuminate. The lower 3 would light up fine, and the two 2's and the single 1 would light accordingly, too. It's been 10 years since I got this thing I finally got around to troubleshooting it and found the 2x30 (60-pin) ribbon cable was the issue. I traced out all 60 wires and only position 1 was "open". After inspecting it, I still could not see anything blatantly obvious. I did - however - think that wire was pulled rather tight in the way the flat cable was bundled.
Anyway, I am in the hunt for a replacement. Any suggestions where to procure one? Used is fine. Is Stealth Amusement still the de facto source for parts?
And I am also curious if anyone else seen this with their pachislo? I wouldn't think to ask, but as I was researching this issue online, I saw another Del Sol for sale on the internet and saw it too had an upper 3 bulb out. Could be coincidence and they just need to replace the bulb. But maybe there was a production issue?
