Can’t get Mizuho to feed balls new pics

I couldn’t add photos to my first thread so started a new topic.

I still can’t figure out why it won’t shoot balls. I filled the hopper with balls. Any ideas?

I’m not clear on how the linkage from the hopper to the shooter works. I know what it does but now how functions. Also can’t figure out how to get inside the little front window to inspect those internals. Thanks!

Lift the wire catch on the right side (looking from the rear) to open the glass. Once the glass is open, look for a small metal push tab at the top (probably left) corner of the door with the orange feeder tray. Push the tab down to unlatch the feeder tray door. It will most likely swing open hinged on the right side...some (very few) are hinged on the bottom...like the tailgate on a pickup truck. Once open, look for debris, or lint, oversize ball bearing, etc.
The ball paths inside the door can usually be opened for cleaning as well.

Pachiwall. Thanks. That fixed it. Once I got the panel,to open I found a ball where it was supposed to be which was preventing new ones from loading. Shoots fine now. Payouts don’t work yet but I’ll tinker with that another day.
