Default Sanyo Super Sea Story Help

Would like to know how machine is suppose to properly run ,how balls move through machine and are they suppose to fall out the back and if not how can we fix it? Best way also to protect wires in back of machine.

    WELCOME!!!

The balls that are shot do go out the back, so you need a container to catch them.. Reward balls should go from the top rear to the top front tray.. If you are loading balls in the back and they are just falling out the back then the ball dump is open!!
