Default 1995 Hat Trick Power Supply Problems

My 1995 Hat Trick by Okazaki has been great for years. Now appears dead except for the fluorescent lights. i have 120VAC going in to the bottom of the power supply but don't know what should be coming out the top. Does anyone know what i should be looking for? The one 5 amp fuse in the front of it is good. How can i test this power supply? I'm pretty good with a multi-meter. If it's dead, where can i get a replacement? Or, does anyone repair them? I really want this machine working again. It has a lot of sentimental value for me.

Thanks in advance for any help.
    John

Any good multi meter should have a continuity tester on it. That buzzes when your probes touch each over. Use that function to test the fuse
