What should I offer for this machine Early modern Weather Caster

The seller is local, really nice, he sent me a video of it working and it come with a bunch of balls. I just wanted an Idea of what kind of price range I should try to pay since I am new to pachinko machines.

Been out of the game for a while so no idea about price, but the name is お天気スタジオV and here's a video of the ps1 game. Pachinko is from Nov. 2000

There is also machine called Weather Caster. Its a hanemono by Monaco, There is also a New Weather Studio. Both of which I own, or owned at one time

That saying, I have never played this one.
make sure the shooter works, as some Heiwas of this age have the famous B1F board that controls the shooter that is pron to failure.

True, the value of the balls alone could make up for most of the cost. It's 30 dollars just for 500 and I was thinking of buying more balls anyways.
