I have a style a machine im getting hopper error it's as the hopper is fighting itself getting hot and won't spin it's making a grunting noise any ideas on what a possible fix or problem can be . I did bench test it but I had to spin it to get it moving but it ran fine

Does sound like a mechanical fault. Dirt or something stuck in it.

There's not dirt photavalic eye is perfect and clean . it's hard to say what it is but literally I hooked hopper up and it just gets hot trays to stay running im thinking hopper control board issue? Or is there anything in machine controls that would be faulted causing the hopper to run. It also seems if it's trying to run reverse when it should be running forward. And how do I post photos from mobile phone?
