Hello, looks like you were the first to notice ( or care ), yes its got a different belly glass and upper glass as well. I have seen tons of them in red and it was the 1st I saw in white. I am sure there are more white versions out there but they seem to be made in much fewer quantities. I have seriously seen over 100 red ones and this was the 1st white one so I snatched it up. Seems like the fan may be quieter too. Mike : )
