    hi MrGneiss
    thank for the "flip"
funny how the picture in "my pictures" is right way around and then i posted it and its sideways,BUT if i click on the sideways picture to enlarge it ,it turns right way around....i dont get it ...much easier to work on allwins lol....

i have been doing a bunch of work on the games in the last few days so i should have a few more pictures comeing...
by the way i should have mention the two in the picture are ...one on the left is a BRYANS "ELEVENSES" ,,,and the one on the right is a WONDERMATICS "NINE PIN "

also I love how "Nine Pins" is all "I have so many holes, you can't lose!"
and the red machine is all "oh my sweet summer child, I will eat your coin and you will LOSE"

Wait a second, am I on the pennymachines forum all of the sudden???
I love these games, thanks for sharing. There are a bunch of European wall games like these that I hope to acquire some day.

For me it's hugely important to note how European and Japanese markets kept with the vertical arrangement due to the difference in prosecution of gambling laws that America saw, thus allowing those two regions maintain the gambling aspects per se, while American markets shifted to the more horizontal pinball more under the "game of skill" guise.
Japan and European markets both had a bunch of more horizontal games, but the verticals won out in those markets in a big way in the first half of the 20th century.

    Absolutely stunning, I'm in love!
Does your machine collection span outside the Allwin realm? half expecting to see a pajatso in the mix.

I used to have a collection of slot machines ,punch boards, penny flips etc and other gambling devices.,,,,after 30 plus years of collecting I sold it all off and now it’s just allwins,,,,I did keep one slot as you can see in the pictures....it’s a screen stars,,,,one reel with movie stars names on the reel strip...it was featured on the cover of gamesroom magazine way back when,,I always like the wood cabinet and back when it was made (1940s ) movie stars would pay you to use their name , now it’s the other way around ,,,you pay them,,,,,I did have a floor model pachinko,,,,,,coin operated and the balls stayed in the machine....

There's a reason I use the same userid on every site
But I have a nifty little Ballwin headed my way. European machines are really hard to locate in North America.
I also bought a 1937 Genco Junior tabletop pin btw. Fun times!

Hahaha yeah I saw that ~$2500 machine. Some dealers just list the same things for dumb prices over and over and over, just waiting for the right person who doesn't care about price. (or doesn't know any better)
I don't know if I'll get a tonne of Allwins... my Ballwin is certainly boring looking, so better graphics are nice, but I like having a wider variety of machines. Like I have one 1970s pachinko. I don't really need any more because 97% are exactly the same gameplay.

let me know what you think here... my list of Allwin style machines on my wishlist:
The Hat Trick (1960s, British, Ruffler / Walker) http://penny-arcade.info/the-hat-trick
    What's My Line (1960s, British, Ruffler / Walker) http://penny-arcade.info/files/resiz...2dc7c3b355.jpg

and then other European machines at the top of my list?
    #1 is definitely a pajatso/payazzo from Finland.
failing that, a UK Bell Fruit Cascade.
    Dropacopper (Wonders, 1965) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsNcH3wNRxA
    Flik Flak (1970s) https://pennymachines.co.uk/Forum/vi...hp?f=16&t=5445
    Challenger (Samsons, 1960s) https://pennymachines.co.uk/Forum/vi...php?f=5&t=1702

Mind you some of these are super rare even in Europe, so my chances of finding them here are almost zero. Until some day I get resources to arrange a container shipment from the UK or something like that!
