I agree with Azlew, that is fare. Having done business with you, I know you will go above and beyond to please this costumer. Sometimes, though, people will never be pleased no matter what you do. The simple fact is that these machines are used, not brand spanking new and there are going to be somethings not perfect with them. Most reasonable people except that to a point. Bottom line, you guys do great work and your heart goes out to everyone of your costumers to insure they are completely satisfied, sadly that doesn't happen 100% of the time, but that's not your fault.

    Hi all

Thank you very much for your comments. They are quite imformative and helpful! As a vendor, I realized there is a lot more to learn in doing the pachi business.

Thank you, arigato, gracias, and mahalo

No problem. You have proven to us pachitalk.com members that there are dealers out there that really do care.

BTW I am looking forward to next year

A simple fact of pachi life is some reels are going to make noise. You should hold the phone next to a Yamasa model, then he'll appreciate the Sammy's.

How about a .wav or mp3 sample of that? I been staying away from Yamasas because of the fear of screechin' reels:questionm

Gaku, thanks for asking us our opinions and thoughts. That really shows a vendor who cares.

I did the same rubber washer fix on my Las- Vegas machine that I just got from Gaku, this thing was loud, I cleaned and lubricated the motor bearing first and it did not help the hum because the motor vibration was transmitting into the reel holder that double the hum noise. The rubber washers does dampen the vibration within the reel bracket and there forth reduces the hum noise.
But like many members are stating they are some models worse than others, this was my first Olympia and waiting for my Hot Rod Queen to come in and hope all Olympia's don't hum.
