There is a pc board on the left side of the cabinet. Right in the middle is a few white connectors, to the left of them, closest to the door is a small 3 position slide switch. This is your volume control.

It really won't help that much though. This slot is the poster child for separate volume controls.

Maybe this is just amusing to me, but I got a Thunderbirds machine the other day and remembered having read this thread, so it was easier to find the volume switch. But I couldn't help but think that it was put in such an obscure place to highlight the fact that, for all intents and purposes, it really doesn't matter much if you find it or not because it really doesn't lower the volume even after you DO find it. This is just one LOUD machine. Cool. Very cool. But definitely LOUD! :AR15firin

(But then again, would you really want a quiet jet rocket? Heheheh)

Syscom's volume adjusters are in order, pfurman. We don't want ya to go deaf.

Eh? Could ya please speak up. There's this constant ringing in my head now. (But on the up side, I can relate a lot more to Pete Townsend now. HAHAHAHAH!) EH?:18:

There is a simple adjustment you can make that won't cost anything to speak of. Now I wouldn't leave it this way, but until you can get some volume controls, stuff cotton balls in front of the speakers.

LOL. I just flashed back to junior high school for a second there. OK. I'm back in real time here. Yep. The old cotton balls in front of the speakers trick. To tell the truth, on Thunderbirds, I kinda like the volume blasting. Just not late at night, since we live in a townhouse. THUNDERBIRDS ARE GO!!! Wheeeeeeeee!! But on some other machines, I'd like to be able to lower the volume. Now, speaking of that T-bird machine....I'm in the middle of repainting it. See all you good folks tomorrow!
