I was also trying to get rid of the clicking motors on my Vader machine. Somehow when I did the reset button I now lost all videos and memory I believe on the main screen. Is there a way to bring it back? I’m not sure if there is a way to connect to the machine and upload the software that is needed….BTW…this is my first machine…might need a lot of assistance…sorry in advance.

If it ain’t broke; don’t fix it!

No video at all on the screen now? There is no software to upload; (it would be too easy to be hacked if there was) the boards on the machine are proprietary to just that model.

You sure a connector didn’t get unplugged?

If the clicking is driving you nuts when the machine is on but not played; just buy a cell of a different less annoying game; it only takes 30 seconds or so to swap cells in this frame. I just leave Battle of Vader OFF unless it’s actively being played; less wear on those noisy clickers…

So I just decided to dig into mine again regarding these motors. I had mine disconnected for quite some time and it started bugging me again as I was winning too often . I took the motor apart and as it was stated previously, my magnet was split as well. Slapped some super glue on that thing and we are back to clicking away! not sure for how long, but it is working again for now!
