Sorry I don't have the same model to compare with but others should be along in the coming days. I'd suggest posting a few pictures of the back, particularly of the ball travel areas.

    It's a 2mb limit on pics

First thing to is pop open the front door and drop a ball in the centre pocket. Just to confirm the reels spin.

    Here’s what I’d do:

    1. I see a bunch of red LEDs lit up on the lower rear of the machine; post a pic of all the error LEDs and maybe someone can translate.

    2. Check all connectors; in particular the payout motor. Could have a loose connection.

    3. Locate the payout motor assembly; remove it, (after draining balls first) make sure nothing is physically blocking the “gear” that dispenses balls, unplug and replug the connector to the motor. Could be a packing peanut; dead roach, rusty or sticky ball ect causing an obstruction.

    4. If haven’t tried already, do a hard reset (find the frame reset button, generally near the power button), hold it down for 5 seconds while turning the machine on. I don’t have this frame so not sure where it is.

    5. Get a Daverob dongle for troubleshooting purposes; it allows your machine to dispense balls via the payout motor using the buttons on the front of the machine, if it does work (dispense balls as it should; but still no payouts for winning) then the issue is something wrong with the cell I would assume. Not sure what else to try besides full cell strip down, removing and replacing all connectors.

    My 2 cents

What the weird wire with black tape around it doing?
As above really, you need to check that the balls are making it all the way to the payout motor in both channels. check the payout motor is clean of debris. check to see if there are any errors on it. if the machine thinks the bottom tray is full, then it will not payout, My machine in the same frame is in a load of pieces so I can not check against mine.

Looking at your pictures but not having this frame I wonder about three items. Any members able to further elaborate on these? All on the rear right side and two with yellow paint marks.

At the top right below the power switch, is that a frame reset switch? If so, hold in for 5-10 seconds while powering up the machine to activate.

About halfway down the right rear along the ball payout track covers there are two yellow paint marks. Would there be a manual reset lever back there for a ball dump switch or something else?

Lower down the same side is a large red button with a slot in it near the row of LED’s. I wonder if this is the cell reset button.

I’d start by looking into the second item for a metal or plastic lever/wire that manipulates the balls movement which could be stuck.

Where about are you located? There might be a member nearby that could offer some hands on help.

Just my two balls worth added to the other great input.

I have a Yellow cab in the same frame. Looks different from the back because you have drum reels and I have an LED screen. I'm sure most of the back is the same. Not sure about the reset switch...don't think I've ever reset it. I'm more a vintage pachinko guy (couldn't resist a Yellow Cab), so troubleshooting is not my strong point. I have been following this thread, and will chime in if I can help.

Forgive me I am still learning this website I got all your replies I think so tonight I took off the black ball ramp and the black reward mechanism found the reset button and took off the motor thing nothing was blocking just some dust. Cleaned it all up turned it on reset it and the led light that was flashing on the back finally didn’t flash any more. Filled the top with balls, Shot a few balls into the center thing reels spin still no payout light started flashing again on back. Took a picture with lights so you can see what is flashing it’s the First light that shows no light it’s actually flashing states ed1. I think it’s either the motor thing because I do not hear anything from it or the big white toggle thing with yellow mark as I could not move it tried pushing it pulling it sliding it and nothing it moves very so slightly when I tried pulling it but barley moved. Also there is a light on the top left corner front side that is always lit.
