Default Best place to Purchase parts

New member and if this is the wrong place to post this question please advise...

Where in the heck do I find parts? I know Ebay is a start but is there any secrets/online stores?

    Newbie question....

Thanks for the guidance ahead of time.

Hello Hillbillyblood and welcome to the group

Fellow members at times have parts machines to offer items from. Post a wanted to buy or similar thread in the (http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/foru...ers-Trade-area) with as much information on the machine and part(s) you want. Pictures of the part or area that it goes in can also help out.

Ebay is good for buying stateside and Yahoo Japan Auctions (https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/categor...1&n=50&slider=) always has a rotating supply of parts and goods. A few members will purchase from Japan from time to time for others. Depends on what you need vs. what you want to spend and how long you want to wait for it from overseas.

Another option if opportunity presents itself is to find another machine with like parts inside/outside. Sometimes they come along in the $30-$50 range as fixer uppers.

    Many thanks Peteybob and Drunkenclam!
I just acquired my 4th machine in my short 2 months in the hobby and let the smoke out of the power supply. "Mr Gang" doesnt seem to be a popular machine so I may be able to help someone out with parts. Or maybe I'll get lucky.

    I truly appreciate the knowledge.

I don't see the Kitac brand so often but I'm sure there are plenty out there. Does your machine use a transformer between the wall plug and the power supply box? Transformers go bad as well as power supplies. Parts within the power supply may also be replaced or repaired. Here is a seller with many power supply units to compare with yours.

No transformer in between. I will scan through the parts on the link.

Thanks so much for the direction!!
