    Default Pachinko Newbie

My father was in the US Navy and was deployed to Japan when I was younger (no later than 1978). While he was there he bought a pachinko machine and brought it home. I remember as a kid playing with the pachinko machine in the garage. I still remember the sound of the launcher when you let the handle go.

Fast forward a few years and I spent some time in Japan. So now as my dad ages, he is trying to give things to his kids that might want them. Guess what? I get the pachinko machine (I get first dibs on things from Japan (lived there for 2 years still speak Japanese) and Australia (was born there) since I have ties to both countries). I am still waiting for my pachinko machine. He sent it to someone in Texas or Oklahoma to restore it.

I am so excited for when it arrives. I will post pictures once it arrives.

    This is a cool forum.
