That's how it seems to go on most forums I've been around, 15-20% make most of the posts and the rest just read everything that we write, and lurk in the background. Most feel they have nothing worthwhile to contribute (which if you lurkers out there have read most of what is posted, you will find that we will talk about anything no matter how silly you may think it is).
Actually I think we have a larger percent participating in the conversations than most boards do.

A lot of people aren't looking for the conversation, they're looking for an answer to a problem. They have one machine maybe and just simply want to know how it all works. They may or may not come back very often and read. We welcome them all. Join us if you can, we love the company, but learn from us if you can't as that has always been our primary goal.
