Default Nishijin Model C electrical problems

My pachinko has seen better days I picked it up from a family member who did not care for it properly. I'm having electrical issues. I think when my grandfather originally purchased this machine and fixed it and from my understanding of the vague manuals and pictures I've seen he replaced the battery so that it could be plugged in. I plug it in and nothing happens, I've used an electrical tester and it is saying all lines are getting power as far as I can tell but no lights or any activity is happening. Please help, even descriptive manuals in English would help.

If there's anything else that would help let me know I really would like to get this back up and running. I took off the covers to clear all the dust and cobwebs it's been sitting in a dusty basement for a decade or more.

I"m a bit confused. The lights are typically 10vac bulbs unless changed. No need for battery and tranformer. 1 or the other. Try testing the bulbs directly with a 9 volt battery. Do you know what the transformer output is?

No I'm not seeing any labels on any of the electronics that were installed afterwards, it's pretty old stuff. I'm not seeing any batteries.

Just tested the bulbs with a 9v one works and the other is out so I will have to get a replacement. But I do know this power set up as it is now did work at one point. Do I need power to operate the "win" pockets, for those to open?

no, for this exact machine and most vintage machines power is not required. (some Vintage machine do require power)

on your machine, power is used for lights only..

    and of course

Thank you and I forgot there are a couple of micro switches. I'm still figuring out what some parts do and I'm not sure what the micro switches are for.
