    Default Nishijin model B

    Hello,
I've already posted under vintage pachinko machines but I think this is the correct part of this site , I hope !
What I'm really after at the moment is a photo or drawing of the moving part of the payout unit, mine is broken and that's how I bought it.
This is my first pachinko and I like it and it reminds me of the old English units I used to use many moons ago.
    Thanks in advance from Neale.

Hello, The payout lever assembly of your machine looks a better job than the one fitted to my machine ! Maybe mine is not an model A ? I really am a total beginner on these machines , I am only going by the seller that it is a Model A , he reckons it had arm extending past the weight part which was glued in place. My next job is to strip the brown plastic off to see if the part has fallen down there , it's worth a chance !
Thanks for your help, regards from Neale.

your machine is not a Model "A" machine... it is a Model "B" machine..

I dont recall seeing a jackpot with a weight in it like yours has but that does not make it wrong.. im sure you can find a replacement part for it.. if the replacement part does not have the weight it should not be to hard to add weight to one if it is needed..

Hello, Thanks for your help , you're right !! it's a Model B , I looked at the article explaining the variations and one of photos looks as if it has the same arm arrangement, it looks like a weak spot with the weight fitted through the arm Barcrest Jailbirds (1).JPGand maybe that's why it's been modified by the manufacturer.
I'm slowly getting to grips with these machines , I still like them, I'll spend some time on it this weekend as I've got to finish off a Norton engine rebuild, then my Pachinko.
I've attached my other fruit machine which my grandchildren love, as well as me !
    Cheers from Neale.

Hello, I have just found the missing part for my machine, plus another piece of plastic of which I haven't a clue where it goes !!
I think I'll try to pin and glue the part to the arm of the payout mechanism, and the other part I'll have a look for where it might go.Pachinko Model B parts email 02.jpgPachinko Model B email.jpg
Many thanks to everyone who has helped me.Regards from Neale.
