I believe they are zener diodes. But as to what spec. Not sure. Try removing whats left and reading any id marks. You already have 3B. Or have a read on others threads about fried machines

Jurassic Park lands in the middle of favorite to least favorite. It's got some cool stuff, but other machines I have are better, there are a couple older versions right now on ebay

The blown component will be a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode. It will go short circuit and blow the main fuse if the machine is plugged in without a 24v transformer, protecting the components downstream from being damaged by the overvoltage. To fix a machine like this, you simply replace the diode and put a new fuse in, and more often than not, the machine powers up OK.

If you bypassed the fuse, then the TVS diode will have blown apart (which appears quite obvious from your photos!). If it was plugged into a 24v transformer, then the rest of the board may have survived. Fit a suitable fuse and see if it powers up with the diode removed. As you have removed the overvoltage protection, make absolutely certain that the transformer is wired OK, and has 24Vac at it's output before connecting to the pachinko, and don't attempt this without a suitable fuse. Without the protection of the fuse, you risk damage that will make the board unrepairable.

If it powers up, then source a suitable replacement diode (something around 40-50v rating, and capable of carrying about double the rating of the fuse) and all is well. If it doesn't power up, then you're going to need to repair or replace the switch mode PSU on the PSU board, or source a replacement board.
