ebay ask you for the size and weight.. once you pack it, its bigger... actual shipping of a pachinko is right on the bubble of size vs weight.. of you pack them small they can be cheap to ship.. but no padding equals a broken machine

what allot of people don't know is shipping is more about size then weight.. once you hit a certain size the weight does not matter as much.. it is a dynamic calculation..

    home that makes sense..

lastly ebay's shipping calculator sux.. every time i have used it i lost money on shipping.. EVERY TIME

Check into the post office. Their shipping can be very reasonable.

You have to check all of them as it depends on location as Mopar said... it can vary like crazy!

I know how Clover Collectables shipped my game, but is there a way to do it? Any packing tips...would be helpful.

The machine they shipped to me was double boxed and both boxes were like double-walled cardboard at least. I think that would be the best way to ship one, just bubblewrap the whole thing and get it in the box, then bubblewrap that box and put it in the larger box. One thing I think really helps, that they didn't use, is strapping tape. We use it at work a lot, if you wrap the edges and go over the top and bottom seams with it, it makes it really strong, so you don't have to worry about something poking out of a corner.

I think that sometimes they just mark the price of the machine up so much that they can say it's only $50 to ship so it seems like you're getting a deal. Plus they may be using the shoddiest shipping method available too.
