Default T Control Rod Replacement for Diana Tulips

I started casting a replament for the T control rod in the Diana tulips after having several request for people looking for a replacment tulip.

If the tulip quits working and one or more of the Diana tulip wings are flop down most likely the T control rod is broken.

I have seen this tulip on Nishijin, Sanyo, Daiichi and a few others so I think it was made by a outside company
