Default No volume. Found control switch

I cant get the volume to turn on at all. I traced the speaker wires to board and found the red three button switch. But still no volume. This is a 2010 pachislo called luckey sevens. I opened case from bottom. Cleared an e1 code. Also removed reels to re-align them. Metal Box holding them was bent.

I assume there is a volume off setting but dont know how to access menu.

    Thanks

When you traced the wires you didn't notice a pot in the wires did you? Might be someone installed one to lower the sound and it's turned to far down.

Got pictures to load from computer, just not phone. I did a hard reset and no sound. I plugged and unplugged all the plugs going into the same board as the speaker wire and with the three pole switch. No pot or volume control attached to speaker wire or anywhere else. When power first turns on the speaker makes an audible pop, but no other noise comes out after that. I removed a speaker and all wires look in tact. I didn't see anything burned or corroded on the board where the speakers go.

The machine seems to work fine with reels and coin operation. Wheels make some sound for motors turning, but no real sounds. Setting odds seems to work. Has a reset button near the odds key, but doesn't seem to do anything. I don't have a outside key, I use the back holes to get in. Having no key shouldn't have an affect on sound.

Take a LITTLE WD40 and spray that 3 position switch and then slide it back and forth a few times. It may be dirty.

Well I don't know about there, but here, WD-40 do a seperate can for electrical switch contacts. rather than the normal lubricant. We only use that stuff for polishing stainless steel
when cleaning anything elecrical, be safe and have the power off, and unplugged.

Reels seem to show ultraman, so I guess its an Ultraman ST

Thanks for the info on my machine. The one i have doesnt have the fancy lcd screen around the reels. Possibly someone just put the 777 backglass in. Looks like a cheap version without the lcd. Still no luck on volume. I didnt try the normal wd40.

I know there is the specific stuff for electric contacts, but I used plain old WD 40 for 20 years to clean pots on modulators. Starting fluid works good too. Never hurts to turn off the power. I just never done it when working on those RF modulators.

Yep that's the machine! Your pictures don't show the top end inside the door. Check to see if these wires in the center (blue and red connections) are intact. I'm guessing that the video and/or audio has a problem and someone covered the LCD display and the bottom belly glass.

Thanks for all the info. I did trace the connection and it is in tack. I feel like it may need a new board. But for 45$ paid it may not be worth fixing. It is still playable just not fun without sound. It is nice to know what machine it is.

Also worth checking if the speakers are actually disconnected at the speaker end. Or if there is a pot between the board and speaker, as the cheap ones burn out easy.
