    Not right now...the fire de railed my plans for awhile. We are working on building up the inventory of finished machines....I've got some Pachinkos arriving on one of the containers that are due in. My suppliers are sending me "samples" so we'll see.

    Received my Don Don King today from Slot USA, and it is damaged darn it. The Reel assembly was completley disconected and the first reel was crushed. Thanks to this site and the post on how to take it part I was able to fix it but the first reel is in pretty bad shape it looks like a peice of paper wadded up and then layed flat again in spots. I have pics but nowhere to host them. Think they will replace the reel? I sent them an email with the pics attached, hope they do the right thing and fix it. Thanks for listening.

    How true!
    Gloria was the one that called me back, and was very polite and accomodating.
    Today I received the missing tray, balls, and feet.
    They also took care of my problem with light bulbs on my LOTR... and then some. They even sent a few of the LED light boards from the machine.
    They DO try.
    And while all of that was going on... I took another chance with them.
    Sunday I won the Fever Queen pachinko... at $50 less than the one TA sold that week (they called it "The Casino"). I guess for that much of a difference, I'm willing to take another chance.

    I bought a Beast Sapp pachislo machine from SlotUSA for my casino party on June 4, 2005. Here's how it went:

    May 15, bought and paid for machine.
    May 20, I called to find shipping status... it was in warehouse and would be shipped in a couple days.
    May 27, called to verify correct shipping address.
    May 30, shipped to wrong address; traveling freely with FedEx.
    June 2, tracked and received BROKEN machine-- Button three doesn't work.
    Spent couple hours on phone w/David in tech support, "cannot next-day a circuitboard per supervisor". Had my casino party without my BeastSapp machine.
    June 7, received wrong circuit board. Found the plastic "Wedge" that was rigged into the main circuitboard to hold the wire harness tight. When I asked how this passed QC they stated it worked once they wedged the harness.

    Will I buy from them again? I'd rather put splinters under my finger nails...

    Well lemme see. Tomorrow, Monday, will be one week since I talked to Joe about my missing 1000 balls I bought on May 23rd.

    Joe promised he'd send another order out if he hadn't heard from FedEx in two days. He also promised he'd let me know what he did.

    He confirmed my email address, has my home phone number and my cell number. I emailed him early Friday, I have yet to hear from him or anyone at SlotUSA.

    I realize today is Sunday and I'll hear nothing from him/them today, but d@mmit, this is getting ridiculous!

    Come on Milt! Start some REAL competition!
