    Sounds tempting but I would probably recommend firing the boss first and then kick A** and take names til we got to the core that really wants to work. Then I'd give them a 10% raise and say it stays in effect as long as quality work is performed. I would encourage worker suggestions on how to do things more efficiently and award bonuses for those ideas that actually made us better.

    OOps! That sorta sounds like work! Maybe we should be Product Testing and just play all the games all day long!

    i am on the phone now with them when i told them i ordered 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing the woman on the phone acted snotty with me and since then ive been on hold for 10mins.

    Just got off the phone with my bank to see if the slotusa transaction had been declined for some reason and they said nothing has been declined so now the ball in in slotusa's court.

    I just tried to call and got the recording...again! Seems they shut the place down early on Fridays, closed Saturdays and Sundays, AND shut the place down for lunch!

    i got emails both sat and sunday night from vickey. basicly said to go pee up a rope. customer service there is appalling!!!! will let my cc co. deal with them from now on. will never deal with them again.

    Exactly and i know it wasnt any part of my fault because for the last couple of weeks ive had of $1000 in my account, so whats up.

    I just got off the phone with Joe. Very nice and helpful. My BIN order of 5/23 was processed, he even gave me the in-house order number. But no tracking number was ever generated, which means either FedEx has them sitting somewhere lost, or the bar code was unreadable. While I was on hold he checked with FedEx and this is why he think FedEx has them in limbo.

    He told me that if nothing is heard from them within two business days, he will ship another 1K balls.
