    I placed an order and called and paid for it with my CC on the 20th of May its now 2 weeks later and i have not heard anything about my order since then. Ive emailed them 3 days ago and got no response and have just emailed them again trying to get an answer as to whats going on. So my question is : After 2 weeks of waiting and with no info on my order would i be wrong for leaving them with 5 negatives on ebay for the 5 auctions I won and paid for?

    you can check your order on their web site,

    i had 1,000 balls that didn't get delivered and when i checked their site some bozo didn't mark the order paid.

    i have emailed them twice with no response and it doesnt show anything on the order so i think ill give them a call right now.

    i have been trying to call them all day !! they issued a call tag on my machine contrary to visa's orders. guess they'll pay for shipping a third time!! they really need to get their collective '#@^*' in one sack. any luck whith your plight?

    i called and theyre closed so ill have to call monday, but ive ordered from them 3 times and everytime theyve messed something up, this is why i like to deal person to person like i do with Milt

    I went over a year without bidding on anything from slotusa because of pitiful service. It took a month for them to deliver 5000 balls.

    On 22 May I again bid on and won one of their ball auctions. After going through their convoluted payment process a few minutes after auction's end, I braced myself for a long wait.

    They promised a tracking number which was never provided. An email to Joe brought an apology and a promise to send the tracking number. I saved his email in my "Empty Promises" file called Slotusa. Naturally, no tracking number ever arrived.

    Another email to Joe two days ago revealed that he said my shipment was "Damaged in Transit" and that the shipping company was returning it to him. Joe offered to reship "immediately" or issue a refund. I left him an email and voice mail telling him to ship again and include the tracking number immediately upon shipping. No response from Joe. I also moved his "Damaged in transit" email into the "Empty Promises" file.

    A follow up email was sent today as well. No response.

    I have no doubt that I will eventually receive the balls and an email from Joe saying the balls were shipped about a day after they just show up. The fact that people have to put up with his gaff is what bothers me. Last time I left a Neutral feedback on Ebay. This time, if I don't receive a tracking number as requested and promised in their shipping policies, then a Negative may be forthcoming.

    C'mon, Milt... do it for the team!

    As for SlotUSA, my missing ball/tray/feet pack was shipped. It was the phone call(s) that eventually got a response. Two people called. One promised to "expidite" shipping. I got tracking info for it, and the expedited shipping was just plain old ground. I should see it on Tuesday of next week.
    Maybe expedited to them means "before next month".

    And another odd thing... with MY tracking information (from FedEx), I got information about another shipment... but it wasn't to me. It's a 55 pound package going to Harrah's in North Carolina??? No clue why the info got to me.

    Last year when I was having problems with them, they sent me a bogus tracking number to get me off their backs. The tracking number was never activated because they never sent a package by it.

    Call Harrah's in Cherokee, NC and tell them the package is for you and they should just forward it on to you. No telling what you will get!!

    I bought 1K pachinko balls from them on the 23rd of last month. They put good feedback for me already, but I've heard nothing, zero, ziltch about when/if they have been shipped or even how. No tracking number, and they haven't answered my email.

    Tried calling after work today (Friday) but no one there, closed.

    Guess I'll try Monday. sigh

    if they put you on hold it might be because myself or birdsbrain are on the phone with them trying to get our problems fixed also, i have a feeling they'll be spending quite a bit of time on the phone monday trying to handle problems!

    Bilko, I'm off for the summer in another couple of weeks, and you're retired.
