How To View Sideways Pictures Right Way Up!!
The forum software currently used here does not auto rotate pictures so the tags your camera or phone puts on your pics to tell which way was pointing up when you took the pic aren't read and even though the pic was ok on your phone or computer it may end up sideways (usually with vertical pictures) or upside down when you post it..
The first thing to do is..PANIC!!
No, wait..DON'T panic!! Yeah..that's what I meant!!
Second, don't worry about it..it's (probably) not your fault..
Now, how to view sideways pictures right way up on computers (Firefox, Chrome, etc..) and phones (I only have iOS to test on)..
On your Computer, click on the sideways pics thumbnail, then once it is loaded, click on the pic itself and it should load the full size pic in your browser and rotate it too!! (Magic!!)
On your phone/tablet (iOS at least) just clicking on the thumbnail should rotate it (although possibly squished).. You can then touch the photo itself for it to load the full size version right way up in a new window!!
Tapatalk (on iOS at least) should show pictures in the correct orientation!!

Now, if it bothers you and you want all your pictures to be upright, you can edit or resize your pics with something simple like IrfanView and your new saved edited pics should upload how you want them to..
And last resort..If you just spent three hours on the most beautiful, magnificent post Ever and right in the middle of it is an upside down pic of your fully restored Million God pachislo and it is driving you mad..Then you can ask an admin (yellow name people) to flip your picture!!
Why isn't that the first option?? Well, because as of now there isn't some easy way for us to rotate pics.. We have to go in and edit your post, get the picture, edit it and then re-upload the pic and hope that your post doesn't get messed up!!
